This is another website that I have worked on while at PlattForm Advertising. I rebuilt this site from the ground up. A designer provided the new, greatly simplified template and I built the rest out from scratch in Drupal 6. I also built a Drupal module for this that generates the multi-step form with a simple array and function call.
